Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments
Cancellation and no shows Policy
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be billed in full.
Consultations (Virtual and In-Person)
Consultations are available both virtually and in person. The same rates apply.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Appointments conclude as scheduled.
Booking Confirmation
Appointments are scheduled via Bookem. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent automatically, along with your intake form.
Billing and Medical Aid

Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made via credit card or EFT, as outlined during the booking process.
medical aid and reimbursement
This practice is not contracted to medical aid. Clients are responsible for submitting their own claims.
Outstanding Accounts
Accounts must be settled promptly. Unpaid accounts may result in termination of services or debt recovery.
Payment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered, including any shortfall not included by their medical aid.
