Within 7-10 working days of your first consultation, we’ll meet again to review your personalised eating plan. Together, we’ll work through shopping lists, adjust your pantry staples, suggest food pairings, and determine the right portion sizes. We’ll also explore easy, healthy recipes and meal prep strategies. I’ll guide you in understanding the nutritional value of your food, and together, we’ll decide on the necessary adjustments to your diet. Plus, we’ll create a sustainable exercise program that supports your goals.

Making lifestyle changes and establishing lasting habits requires ongoing support. I help you stay on track by holding you accountable and guiding you toward your goals. In follow-up sessions, we evaluate progress, address any obstacles, and make adjustments to the plan if needed. I also monitor compliance, helping you overcome any barriers you encounter along the way.

Please note: Upfront payment is required for The Foundation Package and for all new virtual patients.
To ensure continuity and achieve the best results, The Foundation Package should be completed within 6 weeks, with an additional 1-week grace period if required. You can submit claims to your medical aid after each session.

Discovery Vitality Consultations

Perfect for those with one or two focused nutrition questions that they would like answered, without the need for a meal plan. You will receive personalised recommendations and an assessment during the consultation to help you achieve your specific health goals.
This session earns you 1000 Vitalitypoints for seeing a dietitian once per year.
Submit your statement for full reimbursement and receive your points automatically.
There is no set out structure for this consult – you get 1000 points for coming – therefore, we can use the 30 minutes to talk about any nutrition related goals that you are working towards.

Utilising genetic testing can help with weight loss, vitamin & mineral requirements, inflammation, gut health, detoxification, sports performance, hormonal imbalances, skin ageing and overall a more in-depth approach to your health goals.

This fee covers the cost of your personalised consultation report and feedback session based on your DNA test results. It does not include the cost of the DNA test itself, which is charged separately.
